He bundles all ‘lefties’ into the same basket, he’s been told by right wing bigots that lefties are the real racists, so that’s reason enough for him.

As I've previously stated, I don't really read the politics thread but for 6 or 7 of the regular guys on this board to all be in pretty much agreement about one particular poster's extreme views - baring in mind these 6 or 7 guys are generally ****ing one-another off on a regular basis outside of that thread - it's hard to then agree with the notion that "Pete's innocent and other guys are bad". I'm also not saying the other guys are innocent but ultimately this is the Prem board, it's well known amongst most on Not606 as being one of the places for the more thick-skinned type, no one is innocent, we all just come here to mug one another off and that's what should be allowed. There's literally 100's of other boards on this forum where people can talk about their political views without being called out on, go over there if you don't want abuse. Let this place be the ****hole that it is, it's what 99% of us all enjoy.

People can call out each other for the content they post without labelling each other a Nazi or racist or bigot.
The posters that enjoy that thread would rather debate each other without constant name calling, if people can't agree to post without being abusive then they can use another thread .

I don't think any thread on the Prem board should be moderated, this is the point I'm getting at. The conflicts from the politics thread then stem out onto other areas on the Prem board, this exact thread proves that. If Spurlock wasn't banned, along with the others in recent weeks there'd be no need for the constant calling out of a mod being biased and no need for added threads like this. Let people call others names and abuse them, if certain people want a happy-go-lucky board then go to a club one that moderates abuse, this place is a free-for-all. Every other thread on the Prem board has name calling, the politics thread should be no different.

I've backed up no one other than saying people shouldn't be banned on this section of the forum. In every thread there's name calling, abuse, wumming etc. Why is the politics thread exempt?
The Prem board has generally been the place where people want to unleash their darker persona's, I have nothing against Pete, nor you, nor the guys who dislike Pete, nor anyone in fact, this is my point - just let it be. By banning certain posters on one side of the argument it shows a bias. Then it stems out into threads like this and will continue to do so if things don't change.
If people want a non-abusive Politics Thread - or any non-abusive thread for that matter - where everyone agrees with one another, wishes everyone good morning and good night, then go to a board where there is moderation and certain rules. Leave the Prem board for those who enjoy the grittier side to Not606.
And yet the posters that were the biggest whiners about the abuse, are the biggest whiners about it being actioned.
The ****e you see on these threads, is no different to what they were chucking on to the other thread before action was taken, yet they still demanded something was done.
The people banned, or rather that had the ability to post there temporarily removed, were from both sides, but only one side decided to whine. If there's any imbalance, it's because they are the ones most likely to be posting abuse and setting out to be disruptive, which were the very things they complained about.
The fact you didn't realise that, shows why I made the 'balanced' comment.
At the end of the day, it's one thread, they're free to post what they like anywhere else. A better question to ponder is why they keep going back there like moths to a flame, when they have their own politics thread, exactly how they claim to want it.
Saxton was banned God's cock hasn't posted on it and DMD hasn't been abusive.
