Do you know how many of the coaches were free ones? I would imagine the majority. Great gesture by the club.
All of them I’m assuming. I didn’t count them, I thought I’d seen a posting or tweet saying 43 coaches. Having read the rest of the thread it’s possible that the number I remembered is Brum and Wigan combined.
It’s a great thing, if you already use Tiger Travel, Stoke done it for a while now, but they don’t seem to have that many travelling away, I personally wouldn’t go on one, as I find most of the ones who tweet about going on the buses, aren’t the type of fan I want to sit with, without a drink for hours on end. And going straight there and back, **** that.
I would imagine the family member has NDAs and wouldn’t reveal much. I think it is more likely some people don’t want the forthright views of a long time supporter, who has in past done a lot to help the club, and prefer the more bland types worried about the cleanliness of the toilets and the size of the lettering on the screens.
Fantastic gesture by Acun and the club which will hopefully boost away support. Like you Ric, every game is an away game for me and this great gesture will not benefit me but if more people travel they will hopefully make more noise and enjoy the ‘away day’ experience.
it's an absolutely incredible move the amount of money saved on travel for the fans is honestly mindblowing acun deserves huge credit
Yes just read it, I don’t go to that many away games now, but if I do go on the bus, can I turf the knobheads off the back seats, only the elite sit on the back seats.
Just surprised that clown in the HDM hasn’t asked why Acun can’t do the same for FC fans as he is worth a bob or two.
This is a fantastic gesture from the owner . . . . it would be nice if more owners would think about looking after us fans this way under present economic circumstances Well done Hull City
Bloody hell, I'd forgotten other clubs' fans existed on this site. It's ages since we've had one on here.
No matter how many coaches, imagine being. player coming out and seeing that support away form home... and home fans think **** me how many have they brought...
A lot of teams have that amount of support, and more, away from home. It is how much noise they make that matters. And ours are doing very well in the loudness stakes nowadays,
