    Agree C but really felt MOD focus on fans was good but they looked a bit un Sunderland like in those .....green shirts - imo of course and I'm not belittling clubs fine & brilliant gesture - incidentally not mentioned by the southern based & biased media - typical this

    I honestly believe that some (not all) people do not like it because they relate the green colour with Ireland or Celtic. I don't mind the blue strips etc that have been the norm over the years, but it is good to have a total change every now and and again.

    As I've got an iota more tact and diplomacy than Billy, I'll just say I disagree with you.
    Just think it's a hideous strip
    Best one in recent years was the cream one with the burgundy trim
