Just had an e-mail telling me that they go on general sales from 8th June, and that over 9500 have so far been sold.
Wonder how many of the coporates have renewed there executive boxes as someone i sit near a relative of theres has one and allegedly charging ten grand for a box next season
Some info from James Mooney on match day pricing... We've decided to price them stand by stand and with added home games the cost will save a pass holder a minimum of £75 (based on an adult) but significantly reduce match ticket prices from last year. Also, the free cup games will roll over if there are not three home games this season. So the average match day ticket will be about £30.
JM has said before that the cup games would carry over, but until they actually confirm it as a club it means **** all informing individuals. The strategy at the moment seems to be to leave everything up in the air as long as possible, then make a final decision and communicate it to fans very late on. The ASI, the season ticket prices, now this. I know it's not JM's fault by the way.
Just renewed our passes had to queue for about and hour and plenty of people behind us. Club doing brisk business this morning
So if we get knocked out in both cups in away games for the next 2 seasons (which is very possible) us fans may have to wait 2, 3 or even 4 years to obtain our discount!!! Ridiculous!
James has just been on RH, saying that the pass sales have just passed 10k and that it will be brilliant if they could ultimately reach 11k. Season ticket sales dropping by a third can hardly be described as 'brilliant', what ever way you look at it.
Pretty much to be expected though. We had 16 thousand pass holders in the PL - I reckon our average gates won't be much more than 16 thousand next season - unless we're really flying.
That's good news. It means us proper fans will be able to switch seats at half time and move to whichever goal end we're attacking
I imagine that prices will be something like £20/£30/£40 for Cat A/B/C. Wonder how many people will pay £40 for a game in the Championship? I expect very low attendances next season. I reckon some games we'll get under 15k.
