On a cold snowy afternoon with nothing worth watching on tv I decided to replay the channel 4 programme The Trainer and The Racehorse. What is striking is the manner in which Henery Cecil handled Frankel. He worked with the horses charecter instead of trying rein him in.
Maybe other trainers of Frankel offspring should take note.

After seeing your post i watched it again, forgot how moving it was. Henry lived for Frankel who kept him going those last few years and nobody deserved to go out at the top more than him. Frankel will keep his memory alive for many many years to come.
