    The drug companies always are close to developing a cure for everything soon but all it does is make mice the healthiest animals alive. I developed Type 1 diabetes 50 years ago and every year since there is a new cure on the horizon.
    My mother-in-law developed Alzheimer's a few years ago and thinks there's nothing wrong with her, possibly like Frank Worthington.

    Bionic pancreas being tested now, will adjust your insulin (and glucagon) up and down without you needing to think about it. Lot of work on rebooting your actual pancreas with cells from your skin as well. In the meantime, in addition to you looking after yourself, the drugs companies have kept you alive for 50 years. Bastards.

    I got a new Pancreas 20 years ago!
