Another awful decision ruining what was looking a good game.

****en terrible decision - even more so as its a friendly. Neither side would want anyone sent off surely.

Exactly right, considering its a friendly and the type of handball it was a yellow would have been more appropriate. I am sure France would have preferred that.

We were doing well up until that red card.

With a fully fit squad we can be a match for any team in the Euros.

Fingers crossed there's no injuries tonight and against Albania.

Just been saying the same as you guys over on our board.
Another example of how ridiculous football is getting.
Anyone know where the VAR was based?

Good performance though up until the nonsense.

I thought the same. France were obviously better technically but we were playing really well and creating chances. Then the ref destroyed the game with the most ridiculous red card. I thought he'd give the pen as it was France but I could not believe the card. What is the point of VAR if the person adjudicating is incompetent.

The ref ran to half way to look at a screen. Then spent 5 minutes replaying the clip. Why there isn't a dedicated official with a screen in contact with the ref (like Rugby) I don't know, maybe there's not enough money in football <doh>
