Difference in quality, France never had enough and Germany controlled it from start to finish. Well deserved win.
France were not great, a noticeably mute atmosphere around the bars during the second half as most realised France were getting back into it.
Very poor limp performance by France from a team that promised so much ... watched it in my local village. Germans controlled the match but great to see France playing again with a flair that only England could dream of Looked the best side in the world cup at one point Big difference was after the defeat we all just washed the tricolour out of our hair and got back on with life. Have had to come back to work for a few weeks now that is a hard thing to do
Well, the Euros are in France so you have a sound platform to go on and win it. England will struggle in the group stages again with Hodgson in charge...
Good point there is always another tournament to compete in but England IMO would need to change a lot before that happens
I was glad to see the Frogs go out but surprised by their performance. I had a feeling before the game that France would win the game.
