It's not about 'how much they will put in', it's about running the club professionally and sustainably etc.
When clubs start spanking money left right and centre the fans are swooning.
When the players and managers are found out and things go pear shaped fans get all righteously indignant about mismanagement. You cant have it both ways.
Look at west ham. Over the moon with pellegrini and then he started spending. Fans were cock a hoop. Fast forward less than a year and they want the owners out.
Bipolar doesnt begin to describe it.
United have spent 700m since saf left.
Hired van gaal, Jose. Both failed but you cant say they didnt try. Fans were over the moon with the likes of Sanchez, lukaku, pogba who all turned out poisonous wastes of money. Fans now picket Woodward's gaff. FFS!
Spoilt bairns with delusions of entitlement.

Recruitment is about hiring on personality and attitude- even at the highest level- it was clear to me Sanchez and pogba will not work- it takes a certain kind of player to make it work in colder climates if they've lived in the warm- players that are obsessed with winning- messi would do well here

I didn't think you were out of order, but I thought that you may be looking for a ban so you didn't have to face the constant bullshit on that board- I'm in your corner, albeit sometimes struggle to convey my meaning

Fair enough mate.

No I wasn't after a ban, at that time I'd been put in touch with someone who had been asked to help a company with feasibility studies to do with the club. So I had some good info that I believed lead back to the Americans. I don't think they were called FPP at that point. Whoever it was had all kinds of things going on from looking at the whole image of the club. This was everything from the badge to the AOL to the area around the ground. It was obviously good info as they mentioned 'hot dog alley', Sheepfolds and the metro station. At the time it was really exciting stuff and I wanted to let people know whatever I'll could.

The last thing I wanted was a ban, if I wanted 'out' I'd have just stopped posting.

Reading the last few posts really puts the cherry on the top of why pure football is ****. Far to many divas now power fighting for popularity over the most mundane ****. You have people like Hank who thinks he is delivering a national service, Riv acting like a child (ffs man cmon) Chunky lover who demands attention. **** sake what happened to the days of Daddyo and Garydon, even a post miserable twat Joe public.

The forum got far to popular with the club's rise into the premiership bringing bigger trolls than your local Javis or Toon Toon. Now we're left with absolute tits like spug, Frijj and I calamity of dreadful mods. Bring back mackem angel who took no ****!!!!

Grow up you fannies and have a bit of crack once again.

Chunky lover is quite funny, there are some genuine football fans on there like Eddie Hitler or gipetto etc - some cynical old ****ers in their 60s like but I'm becoming cynical as **** so I guess it's part of the journey

Ok- I didn't know that - much clearer now - I have a contact in there who is very reliable- he categorically says that the Americans after their meetings with Donald were chatting in the academy of light foyer waiting for a lift - he said one of them said to the other ' they were that far from going under' and made an inch measure with his fingers - basically Donald took us on - helped us but could not run us- hence them waiting until Donald cracked - he also said they were waiting for cat1 status to be confirmed as a deal breaker if not

West Ham fans wanted the board out well before Pellegrini was sacked. They haven't been happy with them since the move to the London Stadium. Most didn't want to leave Upton Park for the soulless bowl and the scrum through the shopping centre that happens after every game.

They were only happy with the Pellegrini appointment because he wasn't Moyes. Lots still want Bilic back. He was their man. His sacking contributed to the discontent with the board.

Cat 1 status now being confirmed may trigger some movement then,do you think?

Take your pick.

Those of us in our 70's witnessed the first ever relegation and have been kept in the fold by endless promises and references to ourselves as "a big club". Being where we are now gives us a rather valid reason for cynicism.

Just seen this.

Does it mean they're out of here, or does it mean they are taking over directly? Would they need FPP if they owned the club outright? I'll bow down to the company ownership experts on that one!

So who do we owe the £10m loan to now I wonder?
