Yeah, that's why I responded and showed you what led me to that conclusion. You, on the other hand, didn't even read that document before you formed your opinion. Can you see the difference? Thought not.
You’re not right in the head you mate, having a discussion with me and bringing other people into it to satisfy your existence on this board and quoting supposed messages. Is it not possible that the people pointing out things that you have said on here are right or are you one of these blokes who turn up at a quiz night and think they know every answer to every question but get everyone wrong. As I said before this kind of thing belongs over the road, to me you’re just an idiot and someone who if it wasn’t on this board would walk 100 miles in the opposite direction then stay and be in your company and listen to your inane ramblings
I didnt have to read the document because it’s not what you said, you said he had to get permission off FPP before he spoke to anyone
Look at the ****e you've called me before you start throwing around accusations. You want me to dig all of the insults over the last few hours out and then compare with what I've said?
"How you run a company is beyond me." I'd take all that with a pinch of salt tbh. He claims to have discussed these things with Grumpy Old Man ... ... when I spoke to GOM recently he said he'd never spoken to him, ever.
No, again, because you can't read, I said he needed the permission of FPP before he could negotiate with them. There's a difference.
I have spoken to GOM about the club on RTG publicly a number of times, as recently as a few weeks ago iirc so before you start casting aspersions to a man who is clearly a bit beyond reading things for himself, how about I knock this one on the head: https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threa...hursday-evening.1499950/page-28#post-31008431 Apology accepted.
I wished I couldn’t read what you write as I wouldn’t be able to see the ****e you post, backtracking again I see.
Right, on the forum, which if you wanted clarity on, you could have asked rather than sly around trying to somehow catch me out and now getting shown up spreading ****e. Because as you can see, we did speak. So hopefully that answers your questions. Amazing how you try to go ad hominem so often, I could pull out literally dozens of insults, insinuations and aspersions you've thrown my way, yet you have the gall to pretend to report a post saying someone is not great, a few days after telling someone to **** off and die. You're a massive hypocrite and I've received more than a few PM's elsewhere that indicate there are a number of people who agree but feel that if they stand up to your bullying, they themselves are more likely to be punished. Interesting, anyway, side note, where is BumbleBee?
Only thing I’ve accused you of is talking ****e, you make it easy for people. You’re so pigheaded that you’re blind to see what you have said. Why can’t you just admit when so many people are telling you it was wrong what you said and stop backtracking
Let me explain it again and i'll try to break it down even more for you seeing as you thought that my last explanation wasn't plausible. Looking to sell: Considering a sale and the viabilty of said sale. For example, what is the market value? What will i do for an income after said sale and is it substantial enough for me to maintain my lifestyle? Feasability studies .Will the sale price result in a gain or a loss for me? Attempting to sell: Agreeing a deal which then falls through Selling: Completing the sale For those not in business it's similar in the housing market, purchase/sale of a car. Looking to sell the house: Self reasonings for sale (too small, don't like area, profitability etc.) Attempting to sell: Listing house with real estate agent, signing contracts etc. Selling: Completing the sale it's not rocket science.
I like what you've done here mate, I really do and it appeals to my nature (Love a list) like you wouldn't believe, but I think you've got a massive grey area between 'sell' and 'looking to sell' that they have inhabited, and I see that as 'attempt to sell'. I would view a sale that falls through as a sale, for these purposes, because ultimately they don't have to make any covenant that protects them against a sale that they don't want, that subsequently doesn't go ahead for another reason.
You've claimed, more than once, to have spoken to GOM ... .... you haven't, he's a good friend and laughed at the idea when I asked him at MK Dons. You've only ever posted on a forum just as I've posted now. I've never actually spoken to you. What you were doing was trying to trick people into believing you were speaking to someone who's actually corrected many of your errors.
And that in itself is enough for them to be allowed to talk to people. Generally in law if a contract can be reasonably interpreted 2 ways then the ruling will tend to go the way who is adversely effected most by the contract. In criminal law attempt is defined as "An attempt to commit a crime,is an endeavor to accomplish it,carried beyond mere preparation, but falling short of execution o ftheultimate design,in any part of it.
There's obviously nowt on telly tonight with everybody arguing semantics just to be "right" on a message board. Does it matter? Obviously FPP are aware that SD is looking for other buyers - whether that's attempting ,trying or looking to sell has sod all relevance in the great scheme of things
Christ, heaven forbid someone uses the wrong wording around you. I said spoken, I wouldn't have thought twice about whether that would be used against me. For clarity, I discussed it with GOM a number of times. Happy?
