Total agreement. I wonder if where in the table would Pearson have finished if we list all of the points he with us and at Leicester together?

I really dont know why people think this. If we were offered good money by Lester or anyone whilst the biggest penny pinching regime in living memory is underway we will take it. Simple as. I dont give two hoots what was said in the past about not selling to them, principles about who you deal with if they offer the best deal ultimately mean nothing in business.

Yes. They was building and will continue to this preseason and will end up with a better team for next time round.

I'm sure they said they won't sell the better players to anyone. Not necessarily leicester.

Though saying that, I'm sure they would should the offer be good enough.

Assam defo said we wont sell to Lester. He also said if Nigel approached their board for one of our players they would say (and I'm paraphrasing) "No, not him. Find someone else."

Sorry Patty but I am really an optimist. Even if we don't get Bruce or even Mick Im likely to look on the brightside.

Even back when we almost dropped totally out of the league, I was of the view we'd be ok and would bounce back and be promoted!

Always amuses me when people quote my predictions too. Im not a seer, its just what I think at that moment, so when Im wrong, Im equally nonplussed by it.

    Yeah I know, Im annoying.

Precisely my point. If we were offered £1.5m or he walked for free next season I know what they'd do. Still, mega cheap at that price if Rodriguez goes for £7m....

For what its worth i dont think Rosenior will want to come here. Not because of Nigel or anything.

When Paulo Sousa was sacked we was on the verge of signing Rosenior who was a free agent. He has agreed terms and passed a medical and everything was done. Then we sacked Paulo and pulled the plug on Rosenior. Since then he has been very bitter about it with some of his comments in the media. For example he was begging Nigel not to come back here and then started saying he signed for Hull and not Nigel Pearson and he wasnt going to follow him.

But would you rather turn down offers because its us and see him walk for nothing in 12 months or just sell now and get a decent price and be able to replace him with cash left over?

As it's you I'd rather he signed a new contract and told you to fcuk off which is what he will do when the new manager is appointed.

If I was you I'd be more concerned with how your manager is obsessed with Hull City Football Club.

Follow Liverpool example and wait for the right man or have the rest of the season regretting your first choice ! It take patience to get the right man into the job--HAVE SOME !

And if he wont sign a new contract? You could end up cutting your nose off to spite your face

When Pearson went to Hull he sign Nobby Solano, Matty Fryatt, Jack Hobbs and Martyn Waghorn from here and wanted countless others. Now the boots on the other foot you lot dont stop crying about it

We've won this argument countless time with you, now fcuk off back to your own board, you've got nothing of interest to contribute to this board.

I honestly dont see anyone crying about it. It's completely logical - he thought they were good players for this division when he signed them before so why wouldnt he now? Loads of managers take players with them and it stands to reason as they know first hand their strengths and weaknesses so it's less of a gamble than signing someone new.

They were all ou of favour at your club. The ones he's trying to recruit for Leicester are first team regulars. Bit of difference. Can you see why this might get some peoples backs up?
