Poku is a good shout for the right hand side, that’s probably a priority position for this season.

Some others I’d consider for our forward line:

Jamie Donley (Spurs U21s) - 5 goals and 12 assists in PL2. Ideal replacement for Carvalho, very direct forward. Loan.

Leo Castledine (Chelsea U21s) - 10 goals and 9 assists. More of an attacking midfielder than a winger but can play wide right. Loan.

Albert Grønbæk (Bodø/Glimt) - confident midfielder who plays on the left of a 3, but can operate as a wide or attacking midfielder if needed. 7 goals in 10 games this season (Norway’s season is only ten games in).

Macauley Langstaff (Notts County) - has hit double figures for the last three seasons. A proper poacher in the box, wouldn’t break the bank. There’ll be Championship interest this Summer for sure, usually it’s teams like Burnley and Luton who snap up lower league talent, hopefully we can steal a march on them.

Just a gentle reminder, we haven't stolen a march getting a manager in yet... and I dont think we have a very good record with these Darn Saaarf wonder kids Toast..

Harvey Vale
Xavier Simons
and who was the next big thing from Arsenal... Oulad M'Hand...
then there was Tomori who improved leaps and bounds after leaving
Akpom, who did the same..
Nathan Baxter might have been a 6/10

Cannon from Leicester,
Cozier-Duberry from Arsenal.

Cannon is a good link up striker who’s shown he can score at this level.

Duberry is a right winger which we desperately need who holds the width and is very good 1v1. Got a good eye for goal too

Any chance of getting Mikey Moore from Spurs for a season long loan...?
Just watched him for England U17 vs Spain ...Class goal.....Won 3-1

When he was at Utd he was quick to gob off, under the influence of blue wkd or other such gimp drinks, how he was above us.

You don't get a second chance Daniel.

Youngsters make mistakes. And to be fair, if he got in at Man United, he probably was too good for us at the time! :bandit:

I can forgive him for that, unless he thinks it now! Or was a Leeds fan growing up. Then he can f*** off.

At the time he left, it was to Swansea, not Man United and it took four years before he actually played for their first team (he actually got shipped out on loan to Shrewsbury after a year, but got recalled after they didn't play him in a single game. Another example of a loan not working out and it not being the end of the world).

He was a Chelsea fan as a kid.

Ah. In that case I want a full written piece full of apology and regret before he can even be considered. <laugh>

Spurs have some very good youngsters coming through at the minute. Personally I’d just raid Liverpools beat up and comings. Always seem to have the best attitudes.

Also no chance with Moore.

Austrian league has some decent players that are good enough for Championship level. Another forward to consider is Marin Ljubičić. Barely scored all season for LASK but has been on really good goal scoring form during the Championship Group phase of the Austrian Bundesliga. 8 goals in last 10 matches. Only 22-years-old too and a Croatian u21 player.
