Anyone who followed Newcastle at that time will remember a lad called Regan, who was the leader of the rough lads. I remember one game against Man Utd. They had a load in the Gallowgate end. Regan climbed onto the orange railing separating the fans, looked at them for a minute, then dove in amongst them. For a while he was like the Tasmanian devil, flinging punches and kicks to everyone in distance. The police managed to arrest him and walked him along the side of the pitch to chants of "Regan, Regan" from the Leazes End. He looked proud as punch!

I'll never forget the Forest game. SJP was absolutely jumping. Went to Bad Company's first gig ever at the City Hall in the evening.

    What a day!

Regan was (still is) from the Heed. he was the same person who ran on pitch wearing a butchers coat n spat on Charlie george. he used to knock around with Playland (was a old amusement slot machine place in toon) Was basically the naughty lads from toon who were not from a crew.

I would not say he was the No1 bloke certainly game though.

Did some time also i think he had a cancer scare which changed him a bit (I think long time ago)

Last time I saw Regan was down cardiff Man U game he was kicking of with someone who I think had clipped him, a mate.

Sad to say, I wasn't AB.
I have to take things easy for a while yet, but I'm hoping I'll be at Palace and Everton games.
No, I don't have a tattoo on right hand.

Being a fan is one thing, but getting tattoos as well, he must be mad. <laugh>
Turned out that just over a hundred went down to Barnet at the weekend - good win after a trip like that.

Nice to know they've got some loyal supporters, I used to go with some school mates as a youngster.

    Load of young'uns follow them.

I know a good few lads who've stopped going to the Toon through Ashley who follow them now.
I was working across Liverpool a couple of years back, and they were playing at Southport on a Tuesday night, so I had a drive up.
There were about 50 had come down for the match and they won 3-2.

That would make it all worthwhile and they'd have come home happy.
