We could do a lot worse than get these two in,they're both better than Paynter. Shed the deadwood Bruce,we'd still have 5 CB's to choose from,although only 3,Kissa,Lees & Bromby are any good,but O'Brien & O'Dea won't be going anywhere soon,so will do as back-up. As well as Bruce,get rid of Bessone,freeing up wages for a quality LB. The days when we had a strike force of Viduka,Kewell,Smith,Keane, Bridges,& then go out & sign Fowler for £11m seem such a distant memory now,but thanks to Ridsdales self-indulgent ego trip we are where we are,& if that means Keogh & Forsell so be it.
