Raikkonen has to change his helmet design because the James Hunt text is facing the onboard camera and could be seen as advertising

So.....Is a camera looking at Roscoe the dog on Hamiltons helmet a form of advertising then?

 

Advertising what exactly? A factual ex driver?
I know it would never happen but I hope all the drivers get together and write drivers names on the back of their helmets now.

 

In regards to the race I think Mercedes should plan for a 2 stop and stick to it, both drivers made their tyres last for 20 laps on yesterdays green track but they'll need to do closer to 30 laps on the SS's on Sunday, then 50 odd laps on the softs. I think Merc could do it but it would be better to just try the safe 2 stopper and not risk being compromised onto the 2 stopper during the race when its to late.
