Watched 2007 Alonso and Lewis lapping the entire field up to 3rd, that car had crazy mechanical grip. Then switched to the DTM. Jenson handing out the trophies dressed in McLaren gear which was odd.

Yeah that mclaren was so dominant it looked like Alonso wasn't even pushing with about 20 laps to go.

Has Vettel even been shown once this race? I've watched most of it, and havent even seen his name yet.

His name has been mentioned twice. And a few bits of coverage but very minimal.

Looked like a real good tussle with piquet, right up his rear and then suddenly it goes to some real breaking news, Lewis lapping another car...

I'm sure this race alone shows why Sutil deserves to be on the grid. In the worst car on the grid, on the hardest track, he nearly got a podium.

Not bad for his first run on Monaco!

Even more experienced drivers who had 5-6 years of Monaco were crashing into each other, he kept his cool in the pack and made the 1 stop work.

Still think ITV and the British media were talking ****e though with regard to Alonso and Lewis being team mates. How much could you stir it to create bad blood? Not enough it looked...

He frequently caught the eye in a poor car, especially when it rained. I hope he's back next year.

Alonso-Sutil for Ferrari could go well.

Sadly Seb didn't have the mental strength that year to get the podium. Think his tyres went and then he over did it and crashed.

<laugh> Only watched a couple of laps and all they talked about was the tyres, Rosberg and Massa were catching Button by 2.5s per lap just because of the tyres. The drivers who are whinging about them are just trying to excuse bad performances in my opinion, they've always had to manage their tyres in the non-refuelling eras. Pirelli have done a great job, they've turned one stop races into two or three stoppers.

Omg kimi is unable to attack and overtake Rubens since the Bridgestones are too delicate<doh>

Well well, I sure hope those Pirelli haters are watching this race and screaming when the word "tyres" get mentioned!

    Tyres.....Bridgestones.......influencing the race.....cliffs? NEVER!!

Came straight out of Brundles mouth as well.

The real racers like Seb were unable to go full out because of having to tip toe around worrying about tyres!!!

    FFS Bridgestone, sort it out!<whistle>

Again talk of tyres in 2010, Seb looking like he isn't going 100% as Mark can make the softs work better than him.

Let racers race!<doh> Not nursing tyres...

Did I just hear an order of tyre management for Lewis?

    Delta times at the ready!

    Edit:
And another mention of tyre degradation! This time about Robert Kubica and his suspension being softer.
