So with another massive churn in personnel and a load of new players through the door, how are we going to line up this season?

With a lack of an experienced RB he may start three at the back and play with wing backs. Looks like Thomas will be given licence to roam around in an attacking midfield role with Pitman and Collins further advanced and Coutts & Grant anchoring the middle of the pitch.

What do you think is our best formation and lineup to face the Stags this weekend?

I literally have no idea!

I stole this from gaschat as im not sure who is who and where they play. This may help pick a team. The wing backs here can play as full backs too. Also most strikers can play out wide too.

Definitely - under 21s don’t count towards the squad limit but I think we need to lose two or three - probably Barrett, Liddle and one other.
 
Mmmm Baldwin or Harries - probably get rid of Baldwin as, despite his experience, he’s error-strewn. And isn’t Harries left footed? Always handy to have a proper left CB.

Plenty of midfielders! Thought Baldwin, Harries and Barrett were on their way out. But also the squad needs to be in the twenties apparently.

As Garner is back in management, I was hoping he would come and take some of these players off our hands seeing he rates them so much.
