I'm a hundred per cent with you on this one. I can't stand that horrid, short-legged power strut he does when his teams are winning. Dwarf-like arms thrust into the air, he acts as though he was some kind of God. I remember reading in the Nottingham Post about how he didn't want to live in Clough's shadow and and wanted to surpass his achievements! Actually, come to think of it, Davies will be right at home in Cloud Cuckoo Land with the Forest owners.
Clarkson's as big a twat, if not more so, than Piers Morgan IMO. Just thought I'd throw that in there.
John Barrowman - nothing to do with his 'orientation' I've plenty of time for Norton, Carr, Izzard, Clarey, Rylan, Steve Bruce etc ... but for some reason he just irritates the **** out of me ...
I don't mind him when he's playing a character, but when ever he's himself it annoys the **** out of me the way that if anyone cracks a joke, regardless of how lacking in humour it is he bursts out laughing uncontrollably. I could probably put up with it if I thought it was genuine, but if it is genuine laughter at the slightest little thing, how come he can keep a straight face when he's in a scene and someone has a punchline or a quick one liner to deliver? With Billy Davies it started at Derby for me. They were virtually promoted by January, so he went out and blew millions signing crap players, like ***an for an overall fee of £1M, when it came to a year later we only returned the money to them, and we know what the people in charge here were like. After blowing all these millions on players, he then complained that he didn't have much left to spend in the summer, and that all of his players weren't PL quality. What was he doing paying £1M for a winger if he didn't think he was going to be good enough to be a squad player in the PL when he'd also been told he'd be on a limited budget in the summer?
Good appointment for them tbh, i hope he stiffed the owners on his wages, because they were getting pretty desperate at the whole shambles they had created. I would have been happy if we had got him after Sven.
