It's a derogatory dig at our asian population, clearly, why would you bother asking? If you look on FoxesTalk there is a 15 page thread about the racism at the game and it's a topic the people of Leicester feel strongly about. This man in particular is Asian and he was left disgusted by some of the posts from the Forest morons.
Sol Bamba: arbiter of urban aesthetics. Because it seems highly hypocritical of people from Nottingham (where 20% of the population is non-white) to make a racial dig at Leicester. It can't be ruled out that they were simply saying your city's a ****house. I'm sure there are a few racists who support NFFC as there are at LCFC, LUFC, HCFC and all the rest. But why they'd indirectly slag off their own city by making these racial jibes doesn't make sense to me.

In what way is a comment about Baghdad derogatory to east asians? How come they're bothered about Iran if they're English? As you never heard it yourself, you're just surmising what they meant. In which case surely it's your low opinion of Baghdad that's the racist element in this. I've always thought of Baghdad as one of the origins of civlisation, it conjures up both bible stories and tales of exotic adventure. What is it about Baghdad you find such shame in being associated with?
I have no problem with Baghdad. But do you think the Forest fans were saying it in a nice way as if to say 'You're just a small town in Baghdad, which is the nicest place on Earth'. Give over, stop being a dickhead.
I think the issue with Forest is that a lot of their supporters are from backwards ****holes in the county such as Hucknall and Mansfield. These places are predominately white and the local schools have serious problems with attainment. The people are basically the same as those that occupy big cities in Yorkshire.
But surely we're often told it's not the words, but the way they're received? As you don't see anything wrong with being associated with Baghdad, why are you getting all upset? Surely you're not so small that a few kids trying to insult you can achieve it, even with a compliment?
