    So...who is going, and what are the pub recommendations?! Not been to the City Ground before.

    Hoping for a first look at Tandoori Jack!

    I'm going. I've not been to Forest before either but the football ground guide http://www.footballgroundguide.com/nottingham_forest/ has some helpful info. They say the pubs close to the ground are home fans only although the rowing club may be an option. I'm thinking of having a look in the Stratford Haven just off Bridgford Road.

    When I went the season we went down, I went to this great bar called Fire & Ice just a bit further up past the cricket ground. However, it's quite possible this is home fans only!

    I generally try to park so that once back in the car, I don't have to drive through the crowds to get to the motorway. So at Forest I'm planning to have a drink in Bridgford Road (both the Stratford Haven and Fire & Ice are there) and park nearby. Having had a look on google earth, there seems to be a public car park opposite and maybe some street parking.

    cant make this away trip.

    been there before tho good day out, i'm not sure about parking, as i allways travvel by train to away days, and head home the following day
    struggle nowdays tho work is drying up! :(
