Nah mate,I love alot of the old 50's stuff.

Luv's old blue's stuff is incredible too,remarkable artists living tough lives!

Dunno if I would stretch to Edith Piaff though..........:grin:

Hell of an emotive singer was Piaff puts lots of the croaky warblers of today to shame!

Good music is good no matter what year it was produced in.

Amazing to think that Gershwin himself played the panio! The differences between what he played (notes and speed) and later versions are amazing.

Absolutely,I think it was Louis Armstrong that said 'There's only two types of music,

good music and bad music'
