Used to love doing this at gigs. I saw him around '79 (supported by Ian Broudie's brilliant Original Mirrors) and some guy jumped onstage out of the audience. Joe pushed security away and let the guy sing Got the Time:

My old flatmate on drums. Hung like a horse but with fewer brains, his entire musical raison d'etre was to get on TotP, so we gathered around the TV to witness his big debut. Sadly, some of us blinked, so missed his fractional screen time. However, this is my goto tune whenever I see Linda Henry in the crowd.
