Did I ever tell you my ACDC story?

I saw them a few times back in the Bon days at the Glasgow Apollo. My mates and I had just started driving so we'd get the car and wait near the stage door for the bands to push through the crowd into their waiting cars, then follow them back to the hotel, when they'd be calmer to sign autographs and chat. So one time we'd had a box at the gig and I'd worn a latex old man mask, which got a cheer from the crowd while the lights were up, then Angus pointed up to it during the first number. I got them to sign it after the gig. 3 weeks later, a mate in Carlisle offered me a ticket to the Market Hall gig. We waited back afterwards to meet them and while signing autographs they said, "Hey. you're the guy with the mask at the Apollo." And that is why they are the best band ever. They're really short, though. I mean Hobbit short.
