Never bothered to properly read this thread because I always knew I could spend the rest of my days listening to everyone's recommendations. I actually went on You Tube to seek out some 'oldies, but mouldies' and to my amazement found a young couple dancing to one of tracks written by a band I used to play in during the late 70's/early 80's. It was a song that was re-recorded by a Stiff Records band called Any Trouble who we were mates with - and that;.'s track these lunatics are merrily dancing to around their kitchen. Bizarre coincidence - enjoy! GKRK.

Brilliant, kop. Loved the vid. Must've been a huge buzz to see somebody loves the song so much they know the lyrics, the solo and everything. I found one of our old singles on youtube but it turned out to be an old agent who was crap, probably still trying to get ****e gigs to throw at us.

Finished now. 2 albums worth of music! Underated band so I thought I would get their music out there.

I liked the first album. It was like a songwriting trip through the history of Rock & Pop, which is the same thing I get from Jellyfish. Will check out the other vids.

And speaking of the history of Rock & Pop...

Mott the Hoople + Spiders From Mars + E. Street Band = The Hunter/Ronson Band:

The eagle-eared will recognise Ellen Foley of Bat Out of Hell fame on backing vox. US Americans will recognise the last track from The Drew Carey Show.
