Ive seen it 3 times now and even on the 3rd I still enjoyed it, rags to riches tale, always good mate!

Agreed, correct me if I'm wrong but was the film loosely based on his real life story, still a good flick if not the case

 

Yeah it is based on his past reality. Pretty amazing but to be a good rapper you need the intelligence for it, its bloody difficult

It is, the best (and I include Eminem) are brilliant story tellers. Watch 8 mile mate!

 

I never understand when people dismiss rap instantly without listening to it. A lot of it really is awesome, creative and emotional.

Indeed, there is alot of rubbish though as well, but thats the same with any style of music!

Kanye West is one of my recent favourites. Never used to like him because he's a dickhead but I'd say he's one of the artists I've been listening to most recently.

 

I class RATM as Zacks rapping stuff

Been rediscovering Beastie Boys, Snoops earlier stuff + Dre's just recently

Anthony Kiedis can rap when the time calls for it as well and ive seen them 4 times and they do improvise
