Woman of the Hour - directed by and starring Anna Kendrick

Struggling actress accepts offer to go on a game show, Yank version of Blind Date, where one of the Batchelors is a serial killer. It follows both main characters in the lead up to them meeting on the show. Based on true events.

    Script, acting, direction 6/10
Anna Kendrick 100000/10 - jeezuz effing Christos she is gorgeous.

If you like to beat off watching Milfs check out Cory Chase, I think she looks like what Anna Kendrick will look like in about 20 years time. As a start I'd recommend "Mommy helps after I take Dad's boner pills" up the dirty and everything. You're well cum.

I have just discovered that "Gone Baby, Gone" is on the tellybox ce soir.

I've never seen it, has anyone on here seen it and is it worth perusing? Or is a pile of steaming horse manure like every other film made?

Would you believe I completely forgot all about it being on? <laugh>

My mind tends to go off on tangents from 1 minute to the next.

A fantastic ending to a fantastic show.

    Yellowstone 1883

    8/10

The main Yellowstone show dragged on and the last series was painfully dull and predictable. What on earth they were doing killing off Kevin Costner's character is beyond me but apparently the writer is a bit of a dick and he won the pissing up the wall competition with Kev.

Yellowstone 1923 with Harrison Ford (and the worst accent award for Helen Mirren) was ok but again it was dragged out to yet another series when it could have been easily condensed into one.

This is where Yellowstone 1883 wins hands down. It is, so far, just one series which you wouldn't really have to watch if they do a second or third. It tells the tale of John Dutton moving his family from Texas to Montana and the trials & tribulations that affect him, his family and the immigrants from Europe who have come to the States looking for free land.

It also has the advantage of this bit of totty

Before you get your hopes up she doesn't get her kit off. Actually she gets her kit off quite a bit but nudity is merely suggested rather than seen. Shame. In a clear effort to not offend anyone in Hollywood there is a fair bit of multi-racial action going on. Gypsies and negroes and our heroine here swiftly forgets the cattle driver who was the love of her life (knew him for about a week before he died) when a Comanche brave starts to lift the flaps of her wigwam so you could say she played Cowboys and Indians :)

Star of the show is the scenery but the ever reliable Sam Elliott turns in a good performance too.

Rumours of a second series abound but I don't think there are any plans and I hope it gets left alone.

Observation - the character Elsa is from Tennessee and pronounces her 'wh' words almost as a hard syllable a bit like Stewie Griffin saying "cool hwhip" or Humza Yousaf saying "hwhite". It was an affectation that nobody else did in the show.

Anyhoo - worth a look for the view and a decent binge watch.

    The Bikeriders

    5/10

I'd been bombarded with clips of this film on YouTube shorts so decided to give it a go. Really not worth it. Tom Hardy wasn't up to much, the handsome love interest didn't say more than 5 words at a time and thought looking broody would be enough. The always lovely Jodie Comer had almost all the dialogue but seemed to be channeling Frenchie from Grease with her accent.

On the subject of Ms Comer if you are a fan of hers you could do a lot worse than The End We Start From. Tits & minge sirs, tits and minge.
