If the Gallow Gate end is unlikely to be developed (and £300m to get an extra 8,000 seats seems a lot, even without all the other problems), what exacctlyis the objection to selling the land ?
I like the Strawberry well enough but it's just a pub. the parking lot doesn't hold any sentiment for me at all. If something decent is built there it would be an improvement.
