    .
I'm in Sunderland at the moment (came back for the Derby <doh>) and it shows I'm here. I'll try again when I'm back in Toronto in a months time.

This isn't an opinion, it's simply designed to annoy people. The notion that only people in the Sunderland area can support SAFC is so childishly pathetic it warrants no further comment, save only to say that the poster is a complete twat.

If you are standing by your "opinion" as in your first post on this thread the door is beckoning.
As my opinion is, this is the Sunderland fans board not the people who live in Sunderland's board.
    Now!
If you want to keep your narrow minded opinion, fine!
Feel free to walk out that door, because you are (as far as I'm concerned ) one post from being thrown through it!

    You have a nice day.

You may want to do some research on proxies if you are thinking of coming back as someone else.

As it stands you must be using a brilliant one, as your home computer IP address is the same IP address you use to post from your Iphone whilst at the away matches. <doh>

Time to either grow up or move on bonny lad!

If he is a Spud then it's typical. They seem to have this overwhelming desire to WUM. Here's me thinking we'd left all that behind on the BBC 606 boards but no.

By the way Chris, if you think there is no interest in our club outside of Sunderland have a look at the number of views on this thread. You are now officially a world wide idiot!

Chris, what you are saying isn't an opinion, it's just plain segregation and racism. If only people who lived in Sunderland were able to support the club, we would go bankrupt, it's as simple as that. I don't mind you having an opinion, just please don't make stupid and inflammatory comments. There are, believe it or not, other places in the world other than your street!

BTW I'll be watching my only game of the season this weekend at the SoL! My third live game ever, I'm hoping for a 2-0 win to the lads!

Cheers, I've seen a win and a loss. The win was the home match to Arsenal last season, and I only realised I'd been shouting my head off after the match when my throat felt like sandpaper! I don't remember the score of the loss, but it was Pompey away in 2008 (I think it was winter)

BC you have just destroyed the very last morsel of tolerance I had for you.
I would feel insulted if I did not already know that you are NOT a Sunderland fan.

In a final attempt to educate you……… a fan is the shortened form of the word fanatical, someone who is fanatical about something is motivated or characterized by an extreme, uncritical enthusiasm or zeal.
There are no rules when it comes to being a fan of anything.

As for being a fan of Sunderland…….. you do not have to be born or live within eye sight of the SOL, in Sunderland, in England or even the UK. You do not have to attend every home or away game. You do not have to buy merchandise.

Being a fan of something really is about what you feel rather than what you do in fact what you do is driven by what you feel.

I’d be happy if you had the decency to just quietly disappear and save the mods the trouble of banning you which surely will happen eventually.

Bobgee, thanks for the link mate<ok>

Little Chris is just a big ****, is all. I live 300 miles from the SoL and mostly get to away games nowadays. But I'm coming up for West Brom on the 9th April, so if Little Chris wants to discuss matters further I'll be in the Cottage in Cleadon before the match. Me pics up so you'll know me. Haven't been to the SoL for ages so I'm looking forward to it already. Happy days :)
