If we don’t stay in the Championship then it will prove the Steve Lansdown era an expensive failure. All that money to end up where we began….
It will also expose promotion to the Premiership as being an unrealistic fantasy under SL and our top half of the table finishes under LJ will be a distant memory.
Let’s not go there. Let’s believe that NP will turn it around and in a couple of transfer windows time we will be the next Leicester……….

I truly want him to succeed but honestly I think he is struggling to come to terms with the absolute garbage we have on our squad and where he will be allowed to come up with what has to be an instant improvement. We have waited so long for the promised land to even appear on our horizon and unless the ship is righted soon then it could disappear beyond our view from the backwaters in which the rest of football deems we reside. Shame really.

I only see changing the manager as 2 steps back to make 3 forward .. at the moment we are not even achieving that.
I do not think we have that bad a squad watched some earlier seasons games v qpr & cardiff plus midds v florest and half of AV v CHELSEA. [ F in Law's city games from his Swiss based Nephew ].
TO BE HONEST [ tv wise ] we are a bit more "ragged" than MIDDS / FLOREST but we are about 10 or more games further in, so should be smoother! ... our consensus was that NP is LACKING! after 6 hours of football [FF all the hold up bits] odd bits rewind... City has some reasonable players that should "come together as a good team" but they are not. the change with Wilder in charge is unbelievable Neil set him up with a good squad and they are now in top 6 NW left them in 14th on same points as NF and today un beaten in 5 ... 14 pts from 21 WE should be doing better than that!!!!
