I think you should respect other peoples opinions and not try to enforce your own upon them Colinsmith11

I don't understand how an F1 driver could take part in the sport if he couldn't overtake, its a bit like having somebody who is deaf judging the X-Factor (actually this might be a bad example thinking about it)

in whose eyes? surely if Webber wins it it would be one of the luckiest ever, as, despite having the fastest, and most reliable car in 2010 he still couldn't win it, he's beaten 1 team-mate in 5 years, and has never won any sort of championship in his whole adult career, not even at national level, I know racing drivers with far better racing results who would've done a far better job in F1. As to Seb Vettel, he didn't start with a top team, STR wasn't a top team, in fact when he'd joinmed them they'd scored a total of 4 career points, and even though he started half-way through the season he still scored more points than his team-mate, the STR was only 'good' (ie capable of regularly scoring points) after he'd been there almost a year.

Oh, and how did webber get a seat at Minardi with such a record? was it because he, like Paul Stoddart the Minardi owner, was Australian?

I was quite surprised to hear Anthony Davidson's take on Vettel's overtake on Hamilton.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/cff1

My initial thought was that his moves on Alonso in Monza and Spa, as well as on Rosberg in Spa were better but Ant gives a very technical viewpoint from driver's perspective. Also from the onboard camera it was clear that Vettel was not even ahead of Hamilton but out braked him and just kept it on the racing line being at the "rugged edge". The "crashkid" keeps on improving and impressing.

Can you imagine if Button fans had the same insecurities as Vettel fans? Half of all the threads would be about Button's overtakes.

Miggins you just don't like webber! not knocking you for it just stating a fact and the STR was an RB clone with a different engine, and some say better engine, maybe Seb did better in it than others because he was RB's golden child and given more support than his teammates.

oh, the old 'he's the only one given support' argument, based on misleading information supplied by Webber over wing-gate. Fact is when Webber was no.1 and Seb no. 2 Seb beat him, Seb has comprehensively beaten all his team-mates, he earned his seat in F1 through results in the lower fomula, not as a favour from a compatriot team-owner.

I am sorry but you sprout a lot of crap about Webber but saying that Webber has not earned his seat at Red Bull is just complete and utter bullshit, Webber has helped make Red Bull what they are today and fully deserves his seat there.

Oh and the Toro Rosso STR3 was a decent car and better than the RB4. Just look at Vettel's results in the STR2B; collision, hydraulics, collision, collision, 17th and last of the finishes. And then they bring in the STR3 and his results are; 5th, 8th, 12th, collision, 8th, overheating, 6th, 5th, 1st, 5th, 6th, 9th, 4th.

Mate I've given up trying to tell Miggins that he's full of it. However, I'd be interested to know what the cause of all the hate is from everyone that doesn't like him. And if they say it's because of Webber having hidden agendas and always trying to get at the 'team' then that's just complete paranoia.

Webber has made RBR what they are, lol, based on what exactly? and you have the temerity to accuse me of spouting crap, at least what I say can be backed up, what you say is just whimsical fantasy.

lol, a Mark 'my teams against me' Webber fan having a go at othe rpeople about paranoia. My reasons for Webber dislike is I find him a machiavellian 2 faced bitchy whining hypocrite, and I finally made my mind up about that over Wing-gate when I heard about the truth via the Redbull garage, although I'd already started to dislike him at Williams with his little snidey comments aimed at Nico.
