When you get back from holiday you may like to look at this. You mentioned last week that Southampton were on Newsnow. I have just gone through their feedback section and found an area where you can apply to publish articles directly from a website there (attached is the link to the Application Form and they make judgement from there). I cannot do this for you because you need to have details of the website owner etc but thought you may have the details or be able to forward on to the right person.
