    Different era, different game. Milburn used to come out of the pit after a full shift and get changed on his way to the games. Not the best preparation for a game of football. A great and modest man who was adored by all on Tyneside.

    At the risk of getting completely slated from all sides due to mutual MUFC hate, where does Bobby Charlton come into this? He may not have played in the NE but undoubtedly one of it's finest products.

    Haha well the gf reckons one or two beard hairs, but my hair goes from brown to blonde in the summer (moreso on my arms, legs & face) so that's what I keep telling myself. :bandit:
    At least I'll probably keep my hair, grandad on my mam's side is late seventies with a full head, looking at him is like a time mirror though (if you put photos of him at this age next to me it looks like we could be twins!).
