I think he's worse than them there immigrants. We should send him back to where he comes from... I also don't like his choice of headwear or body art. I bet he listens to the hippety hop.

I've been told today through the club they are still looking into this whole set of events at the moment so that statement is actually not the end of it by any means

It might have been a rather good idea to investigate first and issue statements later, rather than the other way round.

Agree entirely with that. all I know is they are "looking into this at the moment" although it is interesting how they have allowed those posts to stay up on their official facebook page

This is what I said above. The Club have made a statement to take it out the limelight and are dealing with it internally. They obviously don't want it to reflect badly on the Club.

I was a bit surprised about that, last time I looked there were 115 comments and they were almost universally saying that it was definitely his account.

    I didn't get a response, though I didn't really expect one.

Having issued that statement, I doubt they'll make any further response until they find out exactly what happened.

The comments made by Sonny were before and after the game (around midday and 6pm ish) which also suggests he was on his mobile. (Referring back to the ip comment, or whatever it's called when you track someone's account!) You can tell the times by the clock at the top of the screen shots and the times next to the comments.

They could quite easily go down the IP route, not that hard, personally i do a lot of work online, however i do agree that if they did go down this route, as they have no access to the surver and would need to go the long way round, highly doubt they would of been able to do it in that time. So i am pretty sure they have evidence to guarantee it either way.

However everyone believed the Allams with money to spend etc.... so not sure why we don't know? I doubt a football club, with all that is going on around twitter, would not have at least investigated it or checked it. Either way he is paid as a footballer, and if he continues to develop and becomes good enough to play for Hull City, i don't care what he says on social networks. The same way i don't care what Ashley Cole has said as it won't stop him giving his best for his country.

Ill repeat what I said earlier .. from the club and include the direct quote :

"the club is looking into this at the moment"

they have now found thanks to us further evidence and will look into it .. all we can do is see what comes of it .. although I would direct them to this page :

    http://www.facebook.com/hullcity.chat.rumours

to see his form and maybe an insight to his character and why he is digging a hole like he is

He was an unused sub on Saturday, although I don't know if he's been injured, dropped, or was too busy abusing people on facebook <whistle>

Hull City's officail Facebook page today deleted comments posted yesterday. Still covering up or looking in to it more thoroughly? Guess only time will tell....
If it's the former then I'm absolutely disgusted with OUR club!!

I don't get why people are so angry about this. I find it typical of the club that they've made themselves look so silly and ill-considered but it doesn't anger me because frankly, covering it up would have been best for all concerned if it shuts the 'heat' magazine types up and keeps the attention on football.

I dont think the club is making themselves look silly. They took him at his word that it wasnt him. Perhaps they shouldnt have trusted him but I dont think it looks bad on them. Personally trust and taking people at their word is something we tend to be missing in this world.

Completely agree, i don't care what he says, it doesn't affect his performances on the pitch as he is a professional, can do whatever the **** he likes off it for me. Mind you i would quite happily take Ched Evans and Marlon King at this club when i know numerous others wouldn't.
