Its all about City being "us" and us as supporters feeling we are part of Hull City - and beating "them", them being the opposition. Us vs Them.
I miss the ' taking of ends ' or the trying to take ends at away games , also the ' your not taking our end ' at home games .. We are Hull and not only is our team better then yours so are our hooligans .. By this I am going back to the late 60's to mid 70's .. The build up to a game was often looked foward to all week, or sneaking onto the away day special.. Nowadays the stadiums are quiet , the lads of the estates cant afford to go and just pointing at a rival fan will get you thrown out .. Goofus more of a saturday afternoon for 2 hours event . Middlesborough at home would have had everyone buzzing and the crowd noise would have been LOUD .. Most of those I use to go with never go to games..I'm about the only one left off the quaddy... And how come no one wears docs and braces anymore besides me ? listen to judge dread singing where have all the skinheads gone ....all most makes me cry ... Gone are the days stood in our socks having had our boots took off us before letting us in ... IF only we had re done Boothferry park and left the east stand as standing, I don't like the KC half as much .... Eeee when I was a lad and we fought and died for Hull City .....20 to 5 your gonna die....we'l see you all outside we'l see you all outside. ...
