Monday 19th March 2018:

Which Club had to officially write to their supporters requesting them to wash after complaints from some season ticket holders about the foul smell coming from some fellow fans.

 

Twas Celtic and was the begging letter of the 15/16 season.

I remember it quite well as on a Northerly breeze the stench would reach as far South as Bristol where it cancelled out the fumes from the heavy industry at Avonmouth. Thankfully we're back to the more pleasant odour of sulphur and sewage these days.

Correct, Celtic PLC had to send letters to season tickets holders asking them to wash after other season ticket holders had complained of the foul stench eminating from some fans.
