i have got to the stage where i think i should probably get rid of my hull progs, shame progs arnt like they used to be where you had managers notes team fixtures, results etc for all the city teams reserves, juniors and then a write up on the team you were playing. simple all you needed know they are just full of **** that no one reads quarter of it is prob adverts. i bloody hate modern programmes and its driven me to a point where im just sick of the bloody things. you could get a full season of homes and aways in a large a4 binder now they take up about 4 to 5 times as much space. Any way got that off my chest i probabaly have in the region of 2000 city progs home and away from 1946 onwards. if i was offered a reasonable price i would sell, but still not sure if i can bring myself to it or not. if anyone is interested we could talk cheers

I love programmes, even the ones today, it's the one thing I keep, it's always nice to look back on. I try & keep the tickets too but it's difficult to have bits of paper/card lying around.

DONT SELL ANY PRIOR TO 1980.

In fact when you do come tio sell them get in touch with a collectors fair and have the entire collection valued.

Ive got programmes from pre-war WW2 upt to the Barnsley game of all sorts. Thousands of them. Been valued at over £5000 as a collection back in 2004. Some real rare ones i must add. Many Cup finals home and abroad.

For the best price get them valued by an expert. Its the only way you shall get a fair price for them.

I have a Hull City programme from 1968 that i paid 3D(old money) for and its worth £6 now as an example. Programmes within the last 20 years wont be worth much sadly. Well not for another 50 years at least. Lol.
