Leeds has the largest population of any British city with only a single football team. Over half a million people for one club. Not even the London clubs can boast that. If you also take into consideration their history, stadium etc, it's very hard to deny they are a massive club.
You are correct but over the years many in Yorkshire have crossed the Pennines and supported Manchester United. With Leeds not being the most attractive of clubs to support, and City being a good alternative to United, I do believe Leeds could be losing support in that part of the world to City.
"No keeper in the world is getting anywhere near that." Except if he had gone the right way (especially if said after a penalty has gone in, which it often is) or been positioned slightly better.
The images, of players, fans have in their heads. For example, I consider Jose very tall, because he's so lean and slim. Actually, he's 6' 2". OK, tall enough. And then there are other players who are about the right size for the image you have of them. Then you see Victor Wanyama. What do you think.? 5' 11", maybe 6' 0".? Actually, he's the same height as Jose at 6' 2", but he's built like a tank so he just looks shorter and squatter. But forget about him weighing a lot as well. He's 10 lbs lighter than Jose.
Doesn't it depend on what form it takes and how it's implemented etc etc etc. How can you state what it will and what it won't ?
Because they won't implement the technology until it is faster, or at least as fast as the officials, and be 100% correct. That ability is already possible, and I'd be astonished if there wasn't a system already being developed for the future. The implementation of technology is no longer an if, it's a when.
