hello boys, i have started again with saints, i normally cancel some freindly matches, just play one. is it important to play all freindly matches????????
I would say it is important because it is vital that the team gel and get used to your tactics before competative matches. But what ever works for you is fine.
also gets match fitness up. you don't have to manage them i never do i leave it to the assistant in the team policy bit.
Side by side seemed to work for me, Lambert ended up with 21 goals in 38 games. Rodriguez had 18 in 31 but had loads of assists.
Thanks.. i'm tempted to play 41212 and have lallana as a AP and play dean in the center of midfield with cork and have schniederlin as a DLP just above the defense.. tho im worried about the flanks being exposed.
So happy!!! Rodriguez just got a hat-trick for me against the scum int hefirst half! ha ha! he is a beast.
I now have the chance to sign Christiano Ronaldo on a free transfer. He's 32 and still 3 1/2 stars, shall I ?
Talent drops off as you get older and it deppends how well your team is doing. I'm doing very well if I do say so myself so yeah.
The star system is based on saying how good a player is for you at that current time. For example: Adam Lallana starts off with 4 1/2 star potential but in a few years time when you are in the premier league it may only peak at 3 stars (like it has with me) This is because it is basing the potential outcome of when Saints were in the championship so a good/leading premier leauge player would value 4 1/2 stars where as if you are a mid/high tabe premier league club, the star rating goes down as they are not seen as top class in the team as they were in the lower league or league position.
Signed an 23 year old Brazilian re-gen GK for £24million. 4 star rating with 4 1/2 star potential. I'll take that
