Yeah my risk has payied off, I won 1-6 at Ipswich, rested many of the best players, was not doing amazing, brought on Jay Rodriquez as a sub at 50 minutes and he got a hattrick, I think he needed the rest, some of the young players done well, but my young left back Shaw who was making his debut after signing from soton on a free made a bad back pass to give away the goal, I have 4 young soton players, could anyone tell me much about them Jack Stephens Luke Shaw James Ward-Prose Jake Sinclair Will they turn out good on the game, I know they are quality prospects in real life, but will they be good enough for me.

Yeah he is good, I would love to have him at Gills,. Gary Cahill is good and also if you are very short of cash, Curtis Nelson Prince Desir Gouano is a great French centre back with prospect, starts at Havre, but may have moved now.
IS the update official or off some dodgy website? And if I were to start a career on it tomorrow, would I have to start a new game for the update to take effect?

If you mean what I think you mean, then yes you would have to start a new game for the update to take effect. As in any current save games that you have will not be updated.

Just got badly done at home by Blackpool, 1-4 home defeat hurts and now the captain wants a new contract with a wage of 80k a week, what a joke, most I can give is 15k a week, looks like he may want to leave. The mad thing is that I played a stronger side in this game with most of the first team back in and we played ****, what do I do now.
Maybe try a different tactical approuch like telling them to push up/drop deep or play wider etc. Chop and change it around until you find something that works well.

Extremely frustrating January transfer window with West Ham. I bid for this awesome Everton midfielder, Duda, and it turned out he had no interest in joining, so I said some nice stuff about him to the media and managed to change his mind. I then made another bid of £6m plus a midfielder of mine, Ferreira, who Everton have shown interest in and is backup to me. This time, I was able to successfully negotiate a contract with Duda, but Ferreira turned down Everton's offer because he was unimpressed with their league position. A couple of weeks later, Everton's league position had improved a great deal so I made another bid. Again, Duda accepted my offer, and again Ferreira rejected theirs, this time because they apparently offered him an unacceptable salary. So I reluctantly decided to keep Ferreira and offer more money for Duda, but this time he had no interest in negotiating a contract because Roma had made a bid for him and now it looks like they'll get him. Balls.
Johnny Russell, I know it is a joke, he is not worth that, he is a great player who is an asset to my team but when this happens sadly the player has to go, My Sub keeper and my right back are doing the same thing at the moment, I don't wanna lose Nathaniel Clyne as he is class, he wants 45k a week, but of course I can't pay that. I have a problem with as soon as one of my star players is doing so well, they ask for a new contract even though they have years on theirs, they ask for a high amount, then I can't do it, they then ask to be transfer listed then I have to let them go as I don't want them damaging my morale.
