Stock was low, Conor. I have to prove to the shareholders that my brand image has not been tarnished by recent events and that we're back on the right track, to avoid losing investment.
Well it just came a bit sudden you need the rainbow font though. Anyways, boldly signing Bellamy for Philadelphia
Hopefully it will convince the mods that I'm no longer a troublemaker. I know the real Mr Nice was a drug baron but I'm not. I'm nice. I tried signing many people to try to halt my plummet down the MLS table but I've just ended up fucking things further.
Clearly not. Judging by my lack of success so far I'm obviously a massive idiot. How do you win games? That's all that I'm struggling with at the moment, just a small issue.
Oh yeah, it's small it took me a while to get used to it and get on form. What formation are you playing?
I've tried several. Started with my tried and tested 4-2-2-2 which won me the universe at Southampton, but fell apart at Portland when I realised my wingers were terrible, even the ones I brought in. I then switched to 4-2-3-1 with Boyd up front alone but he was shit and the wingers were still shit. Currently on a real narrow 4-3-1-2 and signed about five CMs to make it work, but I still can't fucking score.
The Americans tend to play much narrower, a lot of clubs use the 4-3-3 with three CMs and three central strikers. If it helps, I've found you can bid for players outside the MLS and it won't use up the allocation money. The only issue will be if the board cancel the transfer because of wages. It's how I got Bellamy. Btw, quoting you is a nightmare. Just had a message saying the message was 300 characters too long
Do you want me to stop the rainbow text then? Interesting.. I've got Rivaldo and Guti on the way (along with loads of other attacking players to try and help my impotence up front) so will try the 4-3-3
i think it's best for everyone if you stop the rainbow text Interesting choices. Any defenders coming in?
Yes. Darren Moore I signed De Rosario to a 1 year contract, after 2 months he got injured for 6 so I thought, **** this ****, he'll only have 4 months left when he comes back and offered him to clubs, ended up getting a trade for Andre Hainault.
Well at least you're getting a grasp of how it rolls in the MLS anyway. Watching the Vancouver Whitecaps v LA Galaxy, really good game
