I am in 2017, have won the FA Cup 3 times, the Europa League Once, the European Super cup, the League Cup, and finished in the Champions League places twice.
I probably won't have it by then but it is a good aim to try and get to a good point where I can think about getting properties, but I do expect to start at least before I am 24, I will just have to wait and see what sort of job I can get before I can plan how to get together the capital.
It probably will - something seems warped about our club's finances on the game. I mean, I get superb budgets for both fees and wages, but still receive these messages.
So you want to start working at 21, and by 24 have enough money to invest heavily in property? 3 years of work with no qualifications to get enough to enter the property market?
I am not sure if I will be able to afford Rodriguez, I want him but my attack is OK I think with the likes of Vossen, Lambert, Sharp and Lee and also my main problem is my keeper and left back, has anyone brought Rodriguez when they get promoted and for how much, in my game Burnley just lost the play off final so if I go in for him I maybe in with some luck to get him at a good price.
No I want to start working at 18 after College then by 21 plan to my future in the property business, I don't plan to start thinking about it much till then and I have qualification.
Well if you're 22, that means just 2 more years and you're ready to invest in redeveloping real estate!
He's got a good point. Just ask your hero Richard Branson how he made his millions, can guarantee he'll go "didn't really think about it"
Yes I know it is just words at the moment but that is because I don't fully know how I am going to do it yet, but then everyone is allowed to be ambitious, at the moment there is not much more I can say about it.
Hahaha I'm 22, have very little money, thousands of pounds of debt, and the economy is a mess. What's more, I don't know anyone my age who isn't in a similar position. I'm in dire need of some of Hoadie's expertise!
