Tom Ince on why I turned down Cardiff City

An £8million fee agreed for the Blackpool wing
And after three weeks of almost begging
I just read a quote from Tom Ince
The thought of playing for Cardiff made me wince

My dad is taking out a restraining order
I’d rather stay in the championship, than transfer.
Everyone knows Cardiff will go down ,
That guy Vincent Tan, what an absolute clown

As you can see from the smile on my face
It’s cos I won’t have to go back to that God forsaken place
I’d rather stay at Blackpool with my Dad and my chums
Than move to the Cardiff slums
The thought of playing for Malky MacKay

I really like the way that they are already picking their formation to target and beat the 'weaker teams', I didn't have the heart to enquire who they think the teams weaker than them will be :cheesy:
 
I read that then thought about posting it but I thought better!

It's possible but I cant see how Joe would fit in there in terms of football and if the move didn't go to well for him he would be hated by the fans quite early on leaving him looking at another move with his stock at an all time low, I wouldn't see another prem team touch him if he failed there.

There is no way we would re sign him this or next season, I honestly think a move to Spain or arsenal would be his best options but the arsenal fans would go mental IMO .

Time is on his side at Liverpool and I'm sure Rodgers will not admit failure on this one so public ally , I think Joe has a future there still anyway,at least for another season
 
Can anyone explain to me the meaning of their thread "To inferiority and beyond"? It came at a time when we were not only far more powerful than them, but getting stronger whilst some kid in the championship was prolonging his decision to stay with a team in the division below them <laugh>
