i eat a pretty good diet and dont break the bank, its not expensive

1KG of porridge is about £1 from tesco, that will last you 10 days at 100g a serving each day.

Wholewheat pasta from tesco is currently 45p or something for 500g.

1kg of broccoli is £1 frozen. Good protein source too.

15 eggs are £1.40ish from tesco. you get cheap frozen chicken breast by the bag for pretty cheap too. i dont buy protein every single week so i probably spend £35 a week

And that is the truth of it.

It's more satisfying, better for you, and possibly cheaper to cook your own food from scratch. All it takes is a bit of effort. Open the vino while yer cooking and it becomes effortless.

I normally cook more than I need and freeze half of it. Voila, lazy dinner when you need it.

Exactly - and you can pretend that the carrots, spuds etc. which you're sticking a sharp knife into are people you donlt like. Very therapeutic

I'm having a vegetarian meal tonight: jacket potato with butter and cheese and some salad. Oh, and a pork chop. Vino has been started.

I'm not quite living the dream - trying to sort out my brother's company accounts before I go away tomorrow.
