Agreed. You can also factor Nigel into that. Taking off punch, lambert and lallana. What the **** was he thinking? Im personally looking forward to the happy clappys with all the excuses. "well we scored 2 against city and united, we will be fine" Bollocks. We are ****ed with a defence like that. And guess what? Arsenal away next. O points after 4 games.
 
I don't agree we should get rid, I think he needs to be pushed for his place so he steps his performances up. If he can't, then yes, get rid.
 
Why spend a stupid amount on a striker (Jay Rod) to play out of position when we have a piss poor defense? I just don't understand...
The vast majority of fans knew Fonte was shakey even in the championship and now he's costing us games in the prem, its going to look very bleak for us come January...
 
I am fully prepared to take the brunt of ****e on here , the problem is I want to be wrong , can the defenders of such crap cone on here now and appraise them ?

The only times you ever seem to appear on here is when we lose.

Plus the fact that your posts are overwhelmingly negative, it makes me think you're not a saints fan at all.
 
I love the anger after defeat. They were our worst 2 players but they'll improve. It's a tough ask going from Coventry to Man City/Man Utd. If it was middle of the season people would accept it!!!
 
Same thing every time. We played extremely well against one of the best teams in the world, and could have won the game with a little more luck. Those moaning about the performance today are **** fans and should be ashamed of themselves.

My point is that we might have lost to them if it was the middle of the season anyway. At the beginning of the season I bet you would have been happy to get at least a point in any of the Man Utd or Man City games! The fact that it's happened in the first 3 games of the season is irrelevant. Wigan was just a disappointment. I'm still confident they will learn from their defensive mistakes and we'll start moving up the league.

It's unbelievable. No one expected us to win that game or even to come that close, yet when we do better than anyone expects, the majority still reckon we were crap.
