Saw a lovely US TV documentary a day or so ago featuring the early careers of artists who transitioned from country to pop music and covered the early careers of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline. The programme said that Patsy's massive hit record 'Crazy' originated from an earlier Willie Nelson recording who helped her with her version which became the worlds biggest selling Jukebox record. Sad when she was killed in a plane crash.
