Clarence, you beautiful bastard.
One of the best, if not the best, live performers ever. I don't say that lightly, as I've never seen him live myself, but my ex-boss and brother-in-law have always espoused that, and watching videos of his concerts I tend to agree with them. Of course , I love his music too. He's always has had the highest quality back up musicians, plus an attitude of playing forever on stage - i.e. not short changing the fans with short sets. A real pro, who is humble enough to respect the fans.
My brother-in-law's favourite, (retired accountant !), old fart. Manages & plays for a band in Hull & district - and many other venues and travels the world to attend The Boss's live concerts ( my sister loves it).
Great choice Quill.
edit: Clarence is perfection - forgot to agree. My dad was a sax player - he;d have loved his quality.

Have absolutely no idea if there's a connection to the topic...but it's a beautiful song . Sorrow in her voice suggesting it didn't go many places - emotionally, but musically for both of them their careers blossomed.

Unbelievably off topic. Monstrous fan of both Baez and Knopfler, so how did I only discover this track for the first time tonight ?
Going places does work Spesupersydera...cheers :emoticon-0148-yes:

I saw him back in 2016 at Wembley, absolutely one of the greatest things I've ever witnessed.

To see him live @ Royal Albert Hall is # 1 on my bucket list. Can't imagine a better experience.
There'd be many a dignitary rattling their jewelry in the balconies I reckon.
