Richard O'Sullivan ? Couldn't spot him if that's the connection ? I had to do a bit of googling for that possibility.
Edit: I think I got it - the guy with the waistcoat and glasses sitting next to the girl near the guy in front of the large novie spotlight ?

yes. with melvyn hayes and susan hampshire. he's also the one right at the beginning plugging all the plugs in just before the guitars go up in smoke causing the boat to sink.
