I'm still persevering with Wycombe on the Demo, solid mid-table on the cards - not bad given their predictions and no signings... Should get the real game this weekend and I was going to continue the Wycombe game BUT you're all making me very jealous with your Charlton success - might have to feign a 'Arry Redknapp 'art attack and bail out on Wycombe for a brand new start with us. I've never managed anything of any worth with Charlton before though, always struggled... I guarantee I'll be the first not606er to somehow not get Charlton promoted!
Not the first! In my first season i got us to 3rd in the League and lost on penalties in the play-off final, that was a killer. Second season however storming the league so far in 1st thank god!

I just hope you don't get a board takeover mid-season and are replaced with an ex-player who then leads your former promotion chasing team to their worst finish in however many years! In my demo game, we played Charlton first game, and my rugged Wycombe thugs layed out BWP for 9 months. Now Charlton are only 12th.
