Recovering from lenght injury so needs to get his sharpness and fitness up so no problems with it as he won't be playing at gills. No reserve team means more players going out on loan
Don't Dover play in that league and did he not move from Dover straight in to the Gills first team in August last year with no apparent difficulty at all? He seemed thoroughly competent and only spoiled his reputation slightly by playing on when he was obviously carrying his injury. He was a good signing and well up to League 2 standard...but not quite as good as Nelson.
