I was just mulling over Saturday's game, with the current coronavirus situation.

In Italy gatherings of over 1,000 are banned and people must stand a minimum of 1 metre apart, so obviously that's great news for a club like ours, where those conditions are met most weekends

However, I've come up with a great tactic for the players to win the game, if Akinde could come on the pitch coughing and spluttering, and make it known to the opposition he's just come back from a trip to Milan...I'd expect the starting formation of the visitors to resemble something like this...

I was reading that this is just the first suspension, it's very likely it could be extended, and probably will imho, it's a pandemic, the problem is not going to go away in 3 months, let alone 3 weeks!

On a funny side of things, will this mean Liverpool will not lift the title!

On an serious note (( for a change )),
I agree that the temporary ban in football is going to be extended. It wouldn't surprise me if we won't be able to see Gills again until August - or beyond !
The lack of revenue will cripple several clubs (( No - I don't see the Government helping out )) - and any season ticket money revenue that Mr. Scally has received should not be spent - he will have to reimburse fans.............. it ain't going to end well

.............. is it too early to do Christmas shopping on the 'free' Saturday ?
